z prism support

Z Prism Support is a service for customers of Z Prism software and hardware including remote and in-person technical consultation provided by Randy George.

According to the MIDI Merlin Software End User terms agreement, licenses does not include free product support. The Z Prism Support service product is available to accommodate the need for guided help. An online support session over Skype or In-person (for users in the Los Angeles area) can help get MIDI Merlin users up to speed.

Support Sessions are available in 1 hour blocks and can be purchased through The Store at RGM.

Scheduling for online sessions and in-person consultations are arranged through email. Please reach out at the Contact Page if you have any questions, concerns or when you are ready to schedule a session after purchasing the Support Service product.
